God loves me and has a relationship with me that is just for him and me alone. The intimacy between us is just ours and un-accessable by anyone else.
He has this for each one of his children if they will receive it. A father and mother can each have a relationship like that with each of their children. They were created with the ability to do this. I wanted my father to love me like that but he was unable to. Not that he wouldn't have wanted to if he knew but he had no idea. When the parents each have a one on one with
God, they can have a one on one relationship with each of their children through God. This ensures to each individual child their valuableness and specialness in the eyes of their parent. Even if their are several children, each one is valued, accepted and loved as themselves in a unique way.
When a woman has a relationship with God and knows his care for her and is secure in it, when she has a husband, she is secure in his love also. She trusts, honors and blesses him as she does God and receives love back from her husband rather than resistance. Also, a man who has a one on one with God trusts, protects and cares uniquely for his wife with no thought of any other woman to ever fill her place. He knows beyond a doubt of the trueness of her heart toward him. "Perfect love casts out fear". God's love is perfect and when we accept it, we lose fear. Losing fear opens a space for trust, faithfulness and quietness. It is a beautiful place to share with another.
