A vote for our president is a very serious thing. It is a symbol of what's left of our freedom in America to be a part of the call to get personally involved in its leadership. Matthew 12: 33-37 This being a website dedicated to Relationships in Eternity, I would be at fault not to share my feelings and beliefs about relationships between people throughout the world community. We are brothers and sisters with everyone in the world and love and equality should be the light that guides us in our interactions. My last article was about the Shift our world is in right now.You can read it here. This shift to a higher spiritual consciousness has a lot to do with the change coming in our political system. It will not only affect Americans and our way of life but everyone else in the world as well. God's spirit is moving through the earth preparing it for the Kingdom of His love. Satan is doing everything he can to prevent it and keep hate and fear as the dominating energy. I, and I know many others have too, been praying for the situation in the world and in our country. I prayed for God to send us someone who could bring our country from the brink of disaster and stop the terrible wars and divisions the Bush administration has caused in its greed to take over the Middle East.  I truly believe Barack Obama's heart is true. Those of us who admire and support him would be wise not to idealize him. That would be very unfair. He isn't perfect and he will disappoint us at times, he will make mistakes. We all do. But I believe he will work with the people to save our country and he will stop the wars. There is a scripture that says "Satan comes to steal, kill and destroy and Jesus comes that we might have life and have it more abundantly." This is how I gauge people, by their actions. I have been reading and researching news and reports all over the world from the Internet for quite some time and I have found some interesting information. One thing is the lies and propaganda campaign our government and media have created around Iran. Iran is not building nuclear bombs, only nuclear power for electricity. That is the truth. President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is working hard to help the oppressed and invaded (by the US or US backed Israel) people in Palestine and Lebanon and Iraq. This war against Islam is created from hate filled lies because a powerful elite group of mega rich businesses want to control the Middle East and eventually all of Asia and have all of the oil resources for the wealthy countries. Iran has bravely stood against Imperial bullying for a long time now. They are surrounded by warships and have withstood unbelieveable aggressive media attacks and economic sanctions meant to tear them down but they will not give up their right to be an independent nation. The US has no right to force their will on this peaceful country. They are not terrorists and don't support terrorists. Hamas in Palestine, Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Medhi army in Iraq, were all created to defend the people from invasion and genocide from US and partners. The US has caused division, death and starvation in South America and Africa. Hugo Chavez in Venezuela has been trying to keep his country free and Bush admin. has been fighting him all the way, even trying to assassinate him at one time The Republicans, Bush and the big businesses will do everything they can to destroy Barack Obama. They will create a worse lie campaign against him even than Hillary has done because they know he will mess up their Imperialistic plans to not only destroy the free people still hanging in there in the world but they are trying to collapse America as well for the one world govnt. they want. They are doing the same with Russia and China. Anyone who doesn't agree with US Imperialism gets smeared by the Bush group. Russia and China are regrouping with arms now because of the US security threat. This is not God but Satan wanting to destroy all he can and keep the Kingdom of God from happening on earth. Satan doesn't want to give up his domain. I support Barack because I believe he will not let America crash and he will stop the terrible destruction and genocide of the third world people. God hears their cries. We can see the death and destruction Satan is causing. Preachers spewing hate and war toward the Muslim people who have the same God we do. Jesus is honored and respected in the Quran, the Muslim's Holy Book. According to the Old Testament Muslims are brothers and sisters of the Christians from the seed of Abraham. Most of the Christians in America are Gentile Christians adopted into Abraham's seed by believing in Christ. All of the people in OT times were of Arab descent. Do a study on what country Abraham came from. Barack and his wife Michelle are both lawyers who turned down high paying jobs after college to work with and help the poor and oppressed in Chicago. They paid off their student loans when his books became popular. Barack's mother had to use food stamps at times as a single mom raising her kids . He is not a super wealthy elite. He is an ordinary person who is intelligent and compassionate and has inspired the American people because we desperately need honor and reason back in the White House. Barack is part Kenyan, nothing wrong with that, part Muslim, Indonesian, nothing wrong with that, and part caucasian, Kansas, nothing wrong with that. Why would people put him down for what he was born as? If people would read his books and look at his life they would know the truth and not believe the lies propagated to destroy him. He may not not agree with all of my views written here but he doesn't have to. None of us agree on everything. I just believe that his heart is sincere and he will seek out truth, know it when he sees it, and do what he believes is right. That's all I ask of him as president of the United states. Yes, he makes mistakes but he learns from them. That's the difference between him and who is in control of our country right now and the other aspiring presidential candidates. They do what's expedient for their own success, he does what's expedient for the reality which is: 'if someone doesn't do something to change the course America is on, it will collapse' and 'the current US administration started the wars going on and it's imperative that the next administration stop them'. We are in a time now to stand up for truth, compassion and justice. We can see who is doing this by their words and actions. Listen to the words Barack Obama speaks and search out information about what he has actually done, not people's ideas of what they think he is doing or what he is hiding. When we listen to the people that benefit by the lies we will be filled up with their negative energy. God gives us a spirit of discernment in our spirit. We will know if a heart is true if we open to God's love. McCain wants to continue the Bush program of death and genocide and stealing. Hillary will do the same. They've spoken it. They mean it. Barack said, he wants to change the mindset that created the wars. He is the only one speaking about respecting other countries enough to talk to them whether we agree with them or not. And he gets put down for that. Everything he says , they tear him to pieces. "Satan comes to steal, kill and destroy" "By their works you shall know them". I believe God is love. Love can be hard at times and God disciplines us but love is a positive energy that heals, delivers and saves. It has nothing to do with genocide, lies and ruining people's lives. God lifts up and builds while Satan tears down, humiliates and insults. The US government controlled media has been humiliating and insulting the Muslim people for quite some time. God wants us to learn about others, respect them and honor them as individuals.We are all different in many ways but that's what's makes us so interesting. If we were all the same, what a boring world it would be! I don't agree with the killing and fighting but I do understand peole fighting to defend their countries from aggression and invasion by thieves bent on stealing their resources. This is the reason the groups that get called terrorists started in the first place. Terrorists are groups of very angry people who have been dispossessed of their rightful homelands and are retaliating against the aggressor. I don't agree with their tatics but I understand their motive. We would be angry too if someone invaded us, insulted our religion, killed and maimed our loved ones, stole our resources and destroyed our way of life. Are there any military bases in our land from other countries? I think not. But we have them everywhere. Do the math. Reasearch. Google US military bases and see how many we have everywhere in the world. Google US wars. Who has the most nuclear bombs? US. Who has used them on others? US. No one else has. It is very eye opening. We learn in dealing realistically with relationships that we must respect the other person's view and realize that their premise might have something worthwhile in some points that ours might not. Diplomacy as well as communication must have a common ground or it won't work. Saying that a country's leaders must be geared toward doing it our way and accepting our policies or demands before we accept them on an equal basis to discuss things is doomed to failure from the start. Refusing to accept a group defending their freedom and rights against occupation is also an egotistal "we are the only ones with the right way" attitude. American leaders are still holding the hypocritical, egocentric view of changing the world to be like the US, when it is on the brink of collapsing in disgrace.That is either the height of ignorance or a very evil hidden agenda. A truly wise leader will not make rash statements that might be based on false information about any country or leader. Instead they would research and gain personal experience to find the truth. The only way to know what is happening inside any country is to go there, visit the leaders and the common people, ask questions, attend some of their cultural events, and get the feel of what their life is really like. Then a qualified statement can be made. When a foundation of truth undergirds a policy, lies that come against it will always fail. Sen. Barack Obama in a statement concerning Cuba: "The problem is if we think that meeting with the president is a privilege that has to be earned I think that reinforces the sense that we stand above the rest of the world at this point in time and I think that its important for us in undoing the damage that has been done over the last seven years for the president to be willing to take that extra step. That's the kind of step that I would like to take as President of the United States." My comment: This is the kind of statement world government leaders will want to respect and they will want to cooperate with a US president that actually presents themselves in this light. It speaks of honor, fairness and taking responsibility to remedy failures and wrongs done by previous administrations.
